Osteopathy
A form of manual therapy utilising hands on techniques such as soft tissue massage, stretching and manipulation, to restore optimum function throughout the body.

B12 Injections
An intramuscular injection into your upper arm to boost your levels of vitamin B12. Symptoms of low B12 include fatigue, weakness, low mood, mouth ulcers, and changes to mobility.

Please Note: Vitamin B12 is a prescription only medication. This does not necessarily mean you need to have a prescription from your GP. Our on-call nurse will do a health screening and ensure you are suitable for the treatment.
Sports Massage
A hands on, soft tissue approach used for relieving tight muscles, improving blood flow and drainage of harmful toxins. A great stress reliever and suitable for all.

Dry Needling
A form of western medical acupuncture, great for treating stubborn trigger points in the muscles and a more gentle approach than hands on treatment.
